Liam Carey - Master Stylist / Owner

Liam Carey began his career in San Francisco.  In 2005, he moved to New York and started working with celebrity stylists Ted Gibson and Serge Normant for editorials, fashion shows, bridal and as an on-site stylist.  A few years after opening his first successful salon in Soho, NYC, Liam moved on to the Hudson Valley to open a second salon, Liberty &Beauty, in the Fall of 2019.

His style ranges widely from bold color and cuts to classic, strong but subtle and more natural color blends.  Liam loves styling his client and is always using the most sought after hair and fashion trends as inspiration for creating each look.

Joel Acevedo - Master Colorist / Stylist

Joel Acevedo was born in Mexico City and moved to the Hudson Valley where he completed his education, started his career, and found his true concentration in color. Joel is a genius when it comes to creating natural, blended, beautiful tones but shows his amazing versatility as he also excels in the dramatically bold colors and cuts.

With his impressively strong eye for color and dedication to his talents, Joel’s ability to produce that perfect blend, tone and shade every single time astounds his clients.

Christopher Berlin - Men's Grooming / Stylist

Berlin’s inspiration to work with hair came from his childhood, growing up in the salons and barbershops of Puerto Rico. By the time he was 13, he knew exactly what he wanted to be. So he moved to New York where he began his apprenticeship in men’s grooming under his father. 

After years of barbering through New York, Berlin decided he was ready to expand his hair journey and further his career into the salon atmosphere. This has been a natural move for him, as he is skilled in working with a vast spectrum of hair textures and styles. If asked, he would tell you his taste mostly lies with flowing, beautiful hair and he absolutely loves working with natural wave patterns.
